Anamnesis / Comments

General Operation of the Text Fields:

Use the mouse to click in the text field where you want to perform an entry (i.e. the text filed anamnesis for an anamnesis or comment for comments). A blinking cursor will appear in the corresponding text field, indicating that entries, using the keyboard, can be performed.

You can format special texts with the buttons on the upper left side on the screen.

	<F>: Bold: A bold text appears.
	<K>: Italic: An italic text appears.
	<U>: Underline: An underlined text appears.
	<AA>: Selection of different fonts, sizes and colors can be made.
	The current date and the time is added: 04.06.2008 14:28:45

Specific formatting selections can also be combined. For example: B+I+U= Bold and Italic and Underlined.

Operation of the Anamnesis Field:

The Anamnesis field provides the following options:

	Questions can be added as text to specified sections.
	The question list saved in the ACAM System is displayed; this list can be changed at any time. Another window opens where you may complete, change, or delete the saved questions. These changes will be saved as the default parameters.
