Documentation of Care:

The fitting documentation is divided into three tabs:

• Documentation part 1
• Documentation part 2
• Documentation part 3

Fitting information is distributed into each of the three divided tabs; different print out options are available for each tab:

• Page 1: Audiological characteristics
• Page 2: Characteristics of the fitting
• Page 3: Declaration of conformity
• Page 4: Diagram page 1: audiograms and measurements without hearing aids
• Page 5: Diagram page 2: characteristics and measurements with hearing aids

Read the section "Fitting: Analysis" for more information on how to use the fitting documentation.

• In the ACAM System complete fitting documentation can be generated automatically. To do so, select <measurement without hearing aid> and <favorite device. For further information please refer to the section: "Fitting: Analysis."
• Click on <Extra documentation based on latest datas> and all information and measurements saved in the ACAM System customer database will be included in the documentation automatically (Figure 220).
• Under the Documentation part 1 tab, general information is displayed: customer data, selected hearing aids, selected earmolds, and fitting steps. The measurement results are included in the the print out or they can be printed out onto an additional page.

• Under the Documentation part 2 tab, fitting measurements are documented. Hearing aid adjustments needed based on the IEC standards 118 - 7 are also provided in this tab (Figure 221).

• Under the Documentation part 3 tab, special documentation based on the Medical Device law is provided. Comments about the fitting can also be added within this tab (Figure 222).
