The ACAM Info window contains program and system information about the ACAM System hardware and software. 

Click the <INFO> button to display the ACAM info window (Figure 74).

Program datas:

The ACAM version, ACAM firmware, Firmware Boot and Manufacturer and copyright information are displayed in this section.

License information:

License information, serial number and the IP address are displayed in this section.

Service:

Information for contacting ACOUSTICON’s live support via telephone and website are found in this section. Click on the website link to directly access the support website.

ACAM Status:

View the current status of the ACAM System. The following information should be displayed:

ACAM Status = OK and the following flags should be set:

IPC = ALIVE

GEN_DSP=ALIVE

RMS_DSP=ALIVE

Start ACAM remote maintenance:

Before starting the remote maintenance, please contact ACOUSTICON live support. Click <Start ACAM remote maintenance> to begin remote maintenance.
