ANL Setup

To access the ANL Setup Menu select <SET> under the ANL sub-tab.

Setup ANL measurement:

Sound presentation section: determine the direction of the signals to be presented. More than one amplifier needs to be integrated into the ACAM System in order to create custom configurations (Figure 185).
Disturbing noise section: noise types can be selected. If <babble of voices> is selected a corresponding audio file needs to be selected, click <select> to complete this action. Any wave files can be used for speech and disturbing noise.

Refer to the Control Level Meter on the ANL basic screen to ensure proper calibration for each wave file (Figure 186).

Close the window by performing one of the following options:

Click <cancel>

Changes in settings are not applied. The audiometer keeps the same adjustments as it had at the start of the setup.

Click <apply>

Changes in settings are applied. The audiometer runs now with the changed parameters.

Click X on the upper right corner

A message prompt appears with the option to either apply or not apply the changes.The message prompt opens up in a new window and states Take over the data? Click on yes to apply the changes. Click on no to discard the changes.
